With over a decade of catering experience we provide a fun, bespoke event with our sustainably grown oysters and botanical creations. We love collaborating and crafting unique and memorable events for the oyster lovers of the world.

Restoring a family tradition of oystering on Long Island dating back generations, our farm cultivates the native East Coast oyster in the pristine waters of Little Peconic Bay & Shelter Island Sound on the North Fork

SUSTAINABILITY

One of the most environmentally-friendly forms of mariculture, oysters are restorative to the bays & estuaries

Cultivating oysters require no supplemental feeding, medications or chemicals & delivers a low impact alternative protein source, whilst reducing pressures on farm-raised & wild fisheries

TRADITION

New York & Long Island waters historically supported one of the largest oyster industries on the planet. Our family roots date back to the early settlers', fishing & farming in the Rockaways & Eastern Long Island

HEART

We love what we do...

Working at our shellfish nursery & on the bay is a rare gift. We take pride in what we do & strive to grow the authentic New York oyster

Through our farm we hope to inspire folks to become stewards of the bay & help preserve the fragile waters of Long Island for future generations
